Valencia County, New Mexico is a rural community located south of Albuquerque, NM. The local detention center states that it does not currently have the ability to meet the needs of those who are experiencing opioid use disorder (OUD) and seeks to initiate a sustainable program to address the ongoing issue of OUD and increase access to treatment for users.
